Tony Curtale

  • Head Coach Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) from 1997 to 1999 
  • Head Coach Texas Tornado (NAHL) from 1999 until 2007 
  • Led the team to long string of success with five Robertson Cup Championships 
  • All-time victories leader as a head coach in NAHL history with 20 years behind the bench

  • Played Junior Hockey for the Brantford Classics and Waterloo Siskins of the MwJHL.  
  • Played two years for the Brockville Braves in the Jr. A CJHL 
  • Selected in the OHL priority draft by Hamilton Steelhawks 
  • Played Division I hockey at Bowling Green State University. 
  • Earned an NHL contract with the Edmonton Oilers 
  • Professional career in the CHL (Oklahoma City, Topeka, San Antonio), UHL (Muskegon) and with the Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL (Wheeling). 
  • Head Coach of the Peoria Mustangs Junior Hockey team CSJHL from 2000 – 2007.  
  • Hockey Director with the Peoria Youth Hockey Association

Scott Burfoot
